Stay somewhere else!
This hotel is very poorly maintained. Our room had dirty pillow cases when we checked in and we had to request they be changed. Then, our tv didn’t work. I let the front desk know, they said they would send maintenance and nobody came. The next day I reminded them again, maintenance came and said they would get a new tv but we waited hours and nobody returned. We finally had to leave and asked that nobody enter our room while we were gone. The main window in the room was being held together with duct tape. There was no heating system in the room, only a small space heater. The final straw was this morning there was no hot water in the shower so we just packed up and left and 6:30am. I will never stay here again and will never recommend anyone stay there. The only compensation the hotel was willing to offer for all the inconveniences was to waive our $50 pet fee, which is what I suggested since they claimed they could not do anything on a prepaid reservation. So not only is the hotel poorly maintained, but the customer service is severely lacking as well. It is very disappointing.
