I’d stay here again! The reviews really worried me but I didn’t experience anything from all the other reviews I read. They were in the middle of remodeling so of course there were a few flaws but other than that it was fantastic. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. And the room was very clean and nice .

The rooms were basic rooms they fit the purpose, the showers are nice, location is close to where we wanted to be the rooms are extremely quiet which was amazing because long days at the beach with a quiet night to rest was just what we needed the pool was cold but the kids enjoyed it. There is no smoking near the building on the balconys so it was nice with the kids the rooms had no foul smell overall I would stay again the price is right and everything was great. It's an older building however for us it was great

Staff was amazing. But my first room had a cockroach in the window. The staff moved me to another room. I didn’t have the time to inspect as I had a concert within an hour. But by the time we woke up there was another cockroach on the lampshade. Also I didn’t see any way to connect to the WiFi. But I didn’t really call and ask so I am not sure.

When I arrived, the man at the reception tried his hardest to be as unhelpful as possible. I had to pry everything out of him: where my room was, how I could get there, if the inn had an elevator, where the pool was, how could I get in there, where I could park... The room was clean but smelled damp, and the front door had water damage at the bottom which kind of explains the damp smell. I saw only one small roach through out my stay. Ac was working fine. Toilet wouldn't flush, then when it finally flusshed it wouldn't stop. I tightened a screw and it worked fine after that. I had one bar wifi signal strength in the top corner of my room and no signal anywhere else. The bed was comfortable and clean. Minibar was clean. No mold in the shower. Towels were clean and stainless. Been to worse places. I choose heritage inn instead of holiday inn because I wanted to try something new. Next time I'm going with holiday inn whith which I already have good experiences, across the street, even if it's a little more expensive.

Our room was nice. The bathroom looked brand new and the shower was great! Add a little coffee pot that made the little pouches and the coffee was pretty good! The problem was the beds. The mattresses were thin and they felt like pull out couches low crowds, but the staff was great and we were about 20 minutes from downtown and we could see Seaworld from the hotel. When you check in ask for extra pillows and towel towels because he only got two on each bed and two tiny towels, and two hand towels for two grown people it was enough towels for two days just saying
