The hotel is in a great location and the view from the room was beautiful; but for the price I paid, this experience left ALOT to be desired. On day one of my stay the bathroom door didn’t close all the way and despite repeatedly calling the front desk nobody came to fix it or offer to move us to another room. For what I paid you would expect basic amenities like a microwave in your room but this room didn’t have one. Came down with me and my girlfriend’s luggage when we checked out only to find no luggage cart. For a hotel of this size, they need more than just two. We were forced to carry all of our luggage down to the street and that’s just not good enough. The positives are that the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower was of good quality. They just need to be better with their customer service

O had an amazing time there. Staff was friendly and informative upon check in. Even at shift change staff was very accommodating and helpful despite the bustle of the crowd. The property is dated, my room had peeling paint, stained carpet and the bar area had limited selection and the shuffleboard was not taken care of. Chairs had stains and rips. Compared to other Aloft Property locations, this was among the worst. Rooms at the Marriott City Center were far better and only a few blocks away.
