Refund policy
The hotel was excellent.
The reason why I was disappointed was because of the change policy. My plans changed so I had to move my stay forward one week. There was absolutely no compensation given for that.
I have been a faithful client for Hotels.com and I hope to continue. However if the penalty is not adjusted in some way I will be moving to one of your competitors. The policy used to be that a no show would be charged for that one night then reservation cancelled.
Hopefully you can make an adjustment so that I can remain a good customer. Check my past history.
