An amazing little guest hotel, clean and comfy and the lady at the front desk was wonderful and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again when I come to Rome

Great location for easy walking to shops and food, not too far from train station if you need to wheel your luggage like we did.
The hotel is entirely on one floor and you take a cute little 2 person elevator to get there.
The staff communicates well via WhatsApp and the are very kind.

The location is good because it’s very close to the train station. The room was basic but cleaned. On the first night, I noticed that the shower curtain at the bottom had mold on it, and I was going to complain. But when I came back from Exploring the next day, I noticed that the shower curtain had been replaced. So the cleaning people saw it on the second day and replaced it, which was good. The breakfast is very good. And the staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The location was perfect for anyone wanting to walk to and from Termini station. It's a relatively easy walk to the Colosseum and a relatively easy walk to most restaurants in the area. The property is not fancy but location wise it is worth the stay. The complementary breakfast in the morning as a bonus and will save you a few dollars on your vacation.
