Front desk staff was very nice. Room was ok, nothing spectacular but it was clean. Breakfast was hit or miss. Not a lot of selection and not enough for everyone who was there. Odd area of town, but we didn't feel unsafe. Tucked back behind a storage facility and next to a park. Rooms are small, but functional.

Good enough for one night stay. Would look elsewhere for a longer stay. The room was small, very basic, most electrical outlets didn’t work, chipped table and countertops, empty food containers in hall, complimentary breakfast was so-so.

Well I’m gonna start with what I did not like the elevator alarm going off at 11pm and the kid running up and down the hallway at 12am to almost 2 am on and off other than that basic stay very simple breakfast.

The carpet floors were very dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed. The bed smelled fresh and the other surfaces in the room appear clean. Even though the room was cool (via AC) temperature was extremely humid and the AC unit was deafeningly loud. I would not stay at this property again.

1. I arrived a little early and the girl at the front desk couldn’t bothered. She just kept saying “check in at 3.”
2. When I did eventually check him a very nice young man greeted me. He was extremely professional and kind.
3. The room was ok. There was red/pink nail polish stains all over the floor.
4. When I went to take a shower there were little hairs all over the shower wall like someone rinsed their razor and tapped the wall to clean it.

Check in took over 20 mins with absolutely no greeting from the staff. They also copy your drivers license for their 'records'. Very concerning.
Rooms are dirty and have such a bad odor. Don't try to save a little and book this hotel. You'll regret it. Location isn't great, but is close to the Staten Island mall.
