Friends trip, the resort is excellent however there were many things under maintenance. Possibly why the rate was lower than usual. The breakfast buffet was missing staples like croissants, variety of fruit (only 2) and yogurt. The service was also very slow, the room service and restaurants all close very early - 10pm. It would be great to have an option available for late night food, as everywhere seems to close by then.

After years of dreaming about visiting Boracay and staying at this resort, our experience was far from what we expected. From the moment we arrived, there were issues that overshadowed our entire stay. Room & Service Issues: - Delayed check-in– After a long journey, we had to wait unnecessarily to get our room. - Toilet problems– Our toilet frequently didn’t flush properly, which was frustrating. - Unhappy staff – Many employees seemed grumpy and disengaged, which was surprising, especially during what should be a festive season (close to New Year’s Eve). Unreasonable Costs & Poor Value:* - No free drinking water – In a hot climate like the Philippines, charging for water is unacceptable, especially when even hotter countries like Egypt and Turkey provide it freely. - Overpriced food – The resort’s dining prices were exorbitant, and most guests (including us) ate outside to save money. - Breakfast selection lacking – My parents even spoke to HR about the limited and underwhelming breakfast options—definitely not up to standard for a hotel of this rating. 1 Positive: The only nice touch was the flower petals arranged for our engagement celebration and special trip with our elderly parents. However, this small gesture couldn’t make up for the overall poor experience. We were genuinely relieved to leave, which is not how anyone should feel on vacation. Sadly, we **will not return** and **cannot recommend** this resort to friends or family.

We booked 2 rooms for a family of 7 , location and ambience was good , but we had to ask room service for everything, like toilet rolls , shower gel , water bottle , towels which they dont refill when they clean the room , and water blocks in bathroom after shower , and moreover there is no dryer or washing facility available at this place , apart from that kids loved the pool and foam party was a highlight .

I had a truly wonderful stay at Fairways Resort. The entire experience was great — all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The private beach and pools were absolutely beautiful and well-maintained, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy. Our room was clean, comfortable, and felt very fresh throughout the stay. One thing to note is that the resort is quite large, so you’ll often need to take a shuttle to get around. Depending on the time of day, there can be a bit of a wait. Also, breakfast can get quite crowded — even by 6:30 AM, there was already a line forming. Despite those minor inconveniences, I would absolutely stay here again. The overall experience was so positive, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Staff were very attentive. Hotel was on a large resort which offered many amenities. Regular shuttle service around the resort. The room was clean and spacious. The only down side we experienced was breakfast. We were very surprised there was only one area for such a large complex. Each morning was very chaotic, loud, busy and noisy even at the advertised quiet times. It would be good if management could look at doing this differently or perhaps have more than one area for breakfast spending where your room was located. Coffee is a big priority for me and after tasting the one served at breakfast I soon realised I would have to pay in the main cafe for a decent brew.

The strength of this resort are their staff, warm and professional , the transportation and their beach and golf facilities. Their breakfast in terms of the food taste and quality and the area was a let down. The resort had just too many guest to be accomodated by the place alloted. Overall this was a positive experience for our trip in Boracay

We stayed for 3 nights. The standard of the room was amazing, the service of the staff was impeccable. It made me wonder why it isn't a five star hotel as it has a wide range of amenities for all age ranges. Will definitely stay there again in my next visit to Boracay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Fairways! The resort is on a huge piece of land, but there are free shuttle buses taking you where you want to go (the private beach, a different pool area etc..) The staff was very friendly and attentive - and the rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast could be better however, there was a plenty of choice - but just did not always taste so great.
