6/10 Good

The hotels location and rooms are great, it’s the staff and the communication that lets it down. I called two times before checking in asking questions, and the person answering was very short, didn’t know and was a bit unhelpful. Don’t know if they we’re stressed or just a bad day, but I expect more from a employee of a hotel. I think that with some internal training on customer support/service this hotel could in among the best in town, but for now it’s a 3/5.

The location was convenient for our requirements. The hotel met our expectations. The location is not central, but closest bus stop is around 300m away and buses are very frequent.

The hotel was nice, not a lot to do nearby and lack of transportation. Lots of good restaurants about a 20 minute walk.

I was in Malmö for 5 weeks for an internship and stayed at Unity hotel. And I was pleased with the experience. The room was nice, tidy and perfect storage. The kitchen worked well. Only thing I would say was missing was a towel in the kitchen and dish washing soap for hand washing. The cleaning once a week was good and nice to get the towels and sheets changed. The gym was a nice bonus to have. The best part of it all. The rooms were quiet! I wake up very easily so this part was fantastic. I would stay here again if I come back.

High standard for both short and longterm. Everything you need including gym, breakfast buffe, laundry, loungeroom. A bit to centraltown so rent a bike/scooter or ho by bus.

Perfect solution for a multi-day stay in Malmö. -the appartment included all the things you need (cooking utensils, dishwasher, freezer, towels) - city center was okay to reach by foot - Great TV system because you could easily cast from your own device - nice and helpful staff at the front desk - overall very clean, modern, practical and friendly

It's a perfect place for those who work from home and stay for a long period (over a week or so)! You have a good Wifi connection in your room as well as comfortable common spaces. A studio is equipped with a real kitchen with kitchen utensils, a microwave, a dishwasher and a portable electric cooking plate. You can park your bike and wash clothes as you live. I also like the reception is open 24/7 with a human.
