Very clean room and staff were always welcoming and helpful. Only downfall was having a double bed but only a single duvet, think it would have been more comfortable having a duvet to fit the bed. Overall a nice hotel and great location.

Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, sillä vanha kaupunki on aivan vieressä. Huone oli tilava. Kadulta kuuluu hieman ohiajavien raitiovaunujen ääniä, mutta onneksi yöllä niitä liikennöi vähemmän.

Muy buen valor por el precio pagado. El hotel es un tanto viejo pero las instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas, las habitaciones son muy amplias, camas cómodas y el personal es muy amable. Me ayudaron sin problemas con unas necesidades que tuve y respondieron amablemente. La única contra es que mi habitación daba a la calle principal y era un tanto ruidosa por el tranvía.

Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war absolut ok. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, ist sauber und ordentlich, guter Service. Die Zimmer hatten ein modernes Bad. Das Frühstück war gut. Mehr kann man für den Preis nicht erwarten. Die Schwachstellen muss man entweder in Kauf nehmen oder aber ein teureres Hotel buchen (keine Klinaanlage, kein Kühlschrank, bei offenen Fenster stört die laute Strassenbahn, bei geschlossenen Fenster ok)

The room was not ready until 6:00pm. The cleaning lady takes too long and wanted to clean the room the next day at 5:00pm..the service personal in the restauraunt were not friendly. The bread basket was empty and we asked for more and one said no..LOL crazy. Also the restaurant and bar was not opened in the evening. Otherwise the location is the best, right in the middle of all sightseeing events.

Bon séjour à Cracovie

Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Royal à Cracovie. L'hôtel est bien placé, le centre ville n'est pas loin. Le charme de l'ancien est présent, la chambre très grande et confortable. Petit déjeuner et dîner de grande qualité.

Find another hotel

We booked a two single bed room since there were no other room left. The room was very spacious but it was also the saddest room we have ever seen. So gloomy. We did not have a single ray of light in the room. Although we have seen that the hotel has beautiful rooms with a wooden floor, ours was with carpet. We have noticed that the bed sheets were too small for the bed so the feet would directly touch the mattress. Some of the people working there smile but most of the time, they are very cold. For example, we sat down at a table for breakfast and ask for the table to be cleaned. The waitress only took one placemat, out of 3 dirty placemats, and I had to ask her to also replace the other ones. People were quite very unpleasant.
