A great hotel if you are traveling through Bad Hersfeld on business or even if you just want to visit the beautiful old city. Within five/eight minute walk of the town’s historic sites. 10-12 minute walk from/to train station. New facilities. Nice staff. Good continental breakfast.

Das Hotel ist ok und war sauber. Den Empfangschef empfanden wir als sehr gleichgültig und desinteressiert. Kundenservice ist nicht so sein Ding. Frühstück haben wir nicht gebucht, das bekamen wir beim Bäcker in der Stadt freundlicher und besser, vor allen Dingen zum halben Preis, den das Frühstück im Hotel gekostet hätte. Wir suchen für unseren nächsten Aufenthalt was anderes.

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind sauber. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist sehr schwach und könnte deutlich stärker sein. Der TV im Zimmer ließ sich einschalten, aber der TV Stream war nicht möglich. Die RTL Sender haben nur geruckelt und hatten Bildaussetzer, alle anderen Sender zeigten nur ein schwarzes Bild. Die Zimmer sind ohne Early Check in nicht vorher beziehbar, auch nicht 30min vorher... Wir wurden wieder weggeschickt.

Hotel gut, hotels.com schlecht!

Das Hotel ist prima. Schlecht ist der Service von Hotels.com, weil wir die hotelinterne Buchungsnummer nicht bekommen haben. So können wir nicht einchecken und mussten spät abends eine Notrufnummer das Hotels anrufen, um dann nach einer halben Stunde endlich ins Zimmer zu können.
