Good Hotel needs better organisation
Hotel was very clean and comfortable. However when we arrived we were informed the room we booked was not available due to the hotel being full. We specifically booked a balcony so we could see the show at new years eve. We were given a room without a balcony facing away from the show. To add insult to injury we had to change rooms the following day to the original room we booked. The cable car tickets booked by the hotel were not valid so we had to go back to the hotel to get new tickets. To be fair this issue was solved very quickly. The safe malfunctioned with our passports in so maintenence had to come and fix the problem. The hotel provided us with a free taxi to the airport as an apology for the problems we encountered. Overall experience was a bit Fawlty Towers but with better organisation it could be a really good hotel. Staff were very helpful.

Sunset Vibes!
Very cute hotel! Definitely matched the vibe of the entire town. Service was great and the room was updated and well cleaned. I only gave 4/5 stars for the pillows. The pillows were very thick and wasn’t very comfortable. Besides that, we had a great time!

Lovely hotel in a very strange resort.
I booked this thinking it was an independent hotel but in fact it is part of the huge Sunworld Complex. It is based in an "Italian" themed resort which is like a ghost town. There is Sunset beach near but we were the only people on it apart from a lady guarding the expensive, vacant sunbeds. The hotel offered a ride to Khem Beach where there were some people and many expensive, vacant sunbeds. The room was very lovely and the staff were keen to help at all times. But is was all too surreal and it felt like we were on the Truman Show. Uncomfortable. Thank goodness we found Sao beach on the last day. A real place, with real people.

Nos mejoraron la habitación por una con vistas al mar. Nos dejaron quedarnos todo el día del check out en la piscina. El hotel es bonito, moderno habitaciones grandes cama grande y muy cómoda así como las almohadas. Limpian, cambian toallas cada día y te regalan 2 botellas de agua diarias sobre café y té. El desayuno muy bueno y abundante comida, sobretodo vietnamita,tambien huevos recien hechos,fruta y dulces, cafe y té, muy buen desayuno. Personal recepción muy amable y profesional,me ayudaron mucho, tambien señoras limpieza y del comedor. Reserve una noche y me quedé 3 noches más, me ha gustado mucho precio - calidad es excelente. A superado mis expectativas. Me ha encantado.

Emplacement parfait pour profiter de la plage et de la ville. La vue mer depuis l'appartement est un chef d'oeuvre, et vous pourrez profiter de la plage à quelques pas. Hôtel très propre et bien équipé mais réveillé à 6h du matin par les moteurs des bateaux pour le personnel du petit déjeuner impossible d avoir des simples toast avec du beurre je me suis lever pour allé chercher mon jus que barman avait mis sur le bar aucun serveur à eu l obligeance de me le donner heureusement le service de l’accueil a été très agréable il sait même excuser pour l attitude de ces collègues mais nous pensons que tout viens du chef cuisinier parce que nous a même refusé de nous faire une pizza le soir et delà nous avons pris des pâtes bolognaise avec pas beaucoup de viande
