This place left a great impression on me!
I absolutely fell in love with this place! The Onsen was such a blessing start my trip with such relaxation! The food was fantastic and the restaurant, there was no reason to go anywhere else. The capsule itself was comfortable enough Although I would have preferred a little more padding. Temperature was not controllable But it was The end of January so not bad period for me it would be a concern in the summer. I am very glad I was aware based on a previous review that even when you stay multiple nights you must check out at 9:00 a.m. and then you can come back at 10:00 a.m. there is no going back into the room until 1700 so you basically can just hang out and read the Manga and enjoy the cafe and the spa. I did get a body scrub there which is my new favorite thing! I added on the lymphatic drainage which I think the woman took pleasure in the pain she caused LOL I actually have bruises on my arm and my legs were sore for 2 days but hey it was still nice. And very affordable. During my checkout time I walked over to the Family Mart and 7-Eleven for a snack. I am familiar with it now but as this was my first arrival days in Tokyo I'm glad I read the review where clothing is not an option in the onsen! However it's a beautiful ritual where you clean off and then soak and then you can take an entire shower head to toe with facial care afterwards and sleep like a baby later! I will definitely be back to this place it was darling!

Super convenient and very accessible from Narita airport. The property is well managed and staffs are respectful, helpful and very friendly. Not to mention the hot spring and other facilities here, the space is very clean and relaxing in general.

Ladies should be told they need to be fully naked in the hot spring! No swimming suit allowed. I want to ask for a regular shower, but I was shocked that no one speak English. Finally the girl in coffee shop explained to me (through google translation) they don’t have a regular shower. That night I had the worse hotel stay / Spa time of my life, no sleep, cannot wait to leave at their 1st available shuttle!

Awesome place. Really nice onsen. Really liked the hot pool options and the cold pool. Easy check in. Easy airport shuttle. Had to look up that you can only catch the shuttle at terminal 2 at bus stop 23-b. Had to catch a shuttle from terminal 1 to 2. No big deal. Added bonus is shuttle on the way to the airport stops at all terminals. Just wish the AC worked a bit better in the pod
