Excellent. Couldn't fault anything. Attended a gig at the m&s bank arena - bus stop right outside to travel into town. Easy to find -right on the main road ( no traffic noise). Staff really helpful. Room spotless. Comfy large bed. Breakfast excellent.

The staff at check in and throughout our stay we're really friendly and helpful, we felt at ease straight away The room was a good size, recently refurbished and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, both hot and cold options, and the dining area was well spaced out. Would definitely return to this hotel if we were in the area again 😊

I booked with Hotels.com so wasn’t aware I had to pay for parking or using the gym/pool. Stayed here years ago and it was all free. Shame really. My husband went down for breakfast and met his friend, he said the plates were cold so the food went cold quickly. We had food in the evening which was nice. Desert felt tough and microwaved. All staff were lovely, bath needed a clean as felt grimy when I got in. Bedroom didn’t have anywhere to put your clothes so we kept them in our bags for 3 nights, there was a few short poles sticking out of the wall to hang up coats, similar to the travelodge/premier inn rooms. There was a hairdryer and an iron and ironing board, Kettle and tea coffee. Body wash was nice in the shower.

Hotel was immaculate and the facilities excellent. The rooms themselves were large and spacious with everything you needed. The only slight issue was there was no plug socket near the mirror in one room and in another there wasn't one by the one bed...but we could get around these.

Stayed 2 nights. Really good hotel. Excellent facilities. Lovely breakfast. Nice rooms. The only negative comment is we had very noisy neighbours on our first night who had people in their room and played loud music from 12.30am until 2.30am which was not what you want for a weekend away. Otherwise would recommend.
