It had annoying flying insects, maybe moths and other bugs that didn’t stop bugging me and I couldn’t get them to go away because there was too many of them. This is so filthy! Plus, I had to wait over 20 minutes for them to finally get to the property to give me the key

We booked an apartment with 6 beds but there was only 3, its not the same apartment as on the pictures, a total scam i must say. No blankets no pillows no toilet paper, you should remove this kind of rentals from hotels.com in you whant to be seen as a serious booking site.

First time staying in a “condotel”
PROS: being by the Newport area with lots of places to see, eat or buy and one of the areas of certain bus stops, close to the NAIA airport ; communication with the staff is through the website/app of hotels.com; considering that there are a lot of condos in this building it did not feel crowded , clean room , enough pillows and blankets ; the staff did their best to solve some issues , working aircon , having a dryer is a plus CONS : minimal toiletries , low signal wifi at times , no hot showers , only 1 elevator was working,
