Jul 7, 2024The staff were helpful and kind. The beds were loveky and clean. The tea/coffee/snacks generous, but the room was cold, and the shower was mouldy and had rubbish from previous guest in it.

May 26, 2024The only good thing was the good quality toilet paper. When we arrived we had a KFC box with contents in our fridge which also had spilt orange juice on inside of door. The bedside cupboards were dusty and one had a drawer handle missing. The bed was comfortable however the staff need to learn how to make a bed......very roughly executed. No glasses and the 2 mugs were dirty. We were overcharged and when I approached the manager about this I was told they would look into it. The next day I was told the same so I told the receptionist I wanted a refund of the overcharge put back on my credit card immediately as I had proof and the manager did also. She eventially did it. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!

May 16, 2026There was no cold water in the shower and fridge leaked. A code was sent to who knows how to enter the room with code and room number but because I booked through wotif I didn’t get it so had to enter reception which was locked. Gentleman opened the door and wrote information on a wripped off peice of paper. Outside lights came on very late so difficulty seeing room number and needed phone light to see pin pad when we arrived at 6.30

Nov 10, 2023Very tired motel. Saggy bed, not very clean and limited servicing. Fine for a cheap bed as passing through but would not recommend a stay for any longer

Oct 14, 2025We were looking forward to our stay however there was a town water outage so there was no water. We were unable to stay and returned home. We have requested a REFUND from EXPEDIA and LITHGOW MOTOR INN of our payment but have heard nothing from either.

Nov 11, 2025I'm very dissatisfied with the unwillingness of the hotel to refund a cancellation due to a change in the date of the booking by the Wotif website.

Nov 12, 2023Room service started bashing on doors at 7am on a Sunday morning to take rooms up when checkout wasnt until 10am. Made enough noise to wake everyone staying there up.
