Our stay
The hotel was fine, but we expected parking lot at the hotel (because we specifically searched for that) and when we got there there was no hotel parking lot and we had to park in a public parking lot and pay for that seperately. The lady at the check-in was not very friendly, but other members of staff were nice. Better breakfast than I expected. Also, we wondered who came up with the idea to put matt glass door on the toilet? Like, you can still see through it 🙃 But overall it was a pleasant stay.

I stayed at this accommodation for four nights for the conference at the University of Lausanne. The accommodation was located close to the Crochy m1 light railway station and walking distance to the Renens VD railway station. The accommodation provided the lovely instructions to get to the place – that was a nice touch. Unfortunately there were constructions were everywhere! Also the place is in the residential area. Some residential areas have some restaurants, shops and so on, but everything had to be done at Lausanne. Overall, I was very disappointed. I don’t know why the check-in process took so long even though there was no one else waiting behind me at the reception. The room was small and the thin floor resulted hearing people walking very loud, dropping things to the floor or other activities within their room. This was very irritating! The breakfast – I have nothing to say. Very disappointed. They don’t even have choices of hot food. No food services at this place. Only provided few drinks and snacks. I felt somewhat annoying that there were no ironing board and ironing in the room. So I had to ask at the reception and bring it back and forth between the reception and the room. Could have set up on the ground floor, but I decided to do it in the room even though the room was small. The only thing I liked was the bedding and the modern design. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Good location for budget hotel - and excellent transport links. Hard to find though as there is major construction underway all around, and so don’t trust your google maps, and more signage would be helpful. (I can see the door, just can’t get to it!!!) Hotel staff super-helpful and friendly, although there were issues with the booking from Hotels.com not on systems. Breakfast is pretty limited choice but sufficient. Room is basic but comfortable, good bathroom and shower, and clean.

Fuyez !
fuyez. Le pire hôtel que j’ai fait cette année. Déjà pour le trouver il vous faut un minimum une boussole et une reconnaissance satellite. Ensuite il était écrit qu’il y avait un parking mais c’est un mensonge. Il n’y a pas de parking. Le seul parking qu’il y a est en face et horriblement cher. ensuite dans la chambre c’est une première pour moi pas de porte dans la salle de bain ce qui veut dire quand vous sortez de la douche: aucune intimité. je pense que la décoration a été faite par un architecte dépressif, tout est gris béton, on a l’impression d’être en prison. Il faudrait penser à remplir les savons dans la douche, puisqu’en plus de se prendre l’eau froide, vu la taille ridicule de la douche, il n’y avait pas de savon, dans les réservoirs pour cela.

Heureusement que mon j'avais mes documents prouvant ma réservation et la confirmation de l'hôtel car il n'y avait pas de chambre réservée a mon nom. Bug du système . Grace a une personne qui a accepté de faire chambre double et de perdre son intimité j'ai eu un lit pour dormir ma première nuit . Le personnel a été super et était très désolé , et arrangeant . merci à eux .
