Won’t be coming back.
My 6th year in a row staying at the property. Always loved it, especially the location. But last year the room smelled overwhelmingly of mold/damp, and when I informed them they offered little more than an apology. And this time I found a roach in my room. Sorry but thats just unacceptable when paying this much money at a 5 star hotel. And once again, when I informed them they seemed to care very little. So after 6 years of staying here, I will NOT be coming back.

Wonderful hotel
Second visit to this hotel, although the first visit was 10yrs ago. I would return, although I would request a higher floor given the noise from the traffic on JBR and the hotel lounge music. The hotel balcony doors probably need further glazing to prevent the noise. The room was lovely, and the view and balcony amazing. The hotel carpet leading along the corridor to the room seemed to smell strange, of ammonia. Maybe this needs replacing unless it was insect spray! The pool staff are amazing, so friendly and helpful.

Located in JBR, you can’t beat the location. Accessible to everythjng and walkable. Be mindful the traffic is terrible in the area if planning to taxi to other places but that shouldn’t prevent you from staying in area. Sofitel is elegant, staff amazing and great vibe

The hotel was very clean, with excellent breakfast options. The staff were always friendly, helpful and attentive. During the daytime the area is clean and tidy with excellent access to the beach and local shops. The access to the tram and metro needs a little walk along some narrow pavements. The biggest disappointment is the level of noise in the evening and through the night -- lots of traffic, extremely loud car engines being revved into the early hours, and very loud dance music from the clubs and restaurants over the road. It became so noisy that we needed to play white noise on our phones during the night to help us sleep. Overall the hotel is excellent, location to the beach is excellent, facilities during the daytime are great, but the level of noise in the evening and overnight has put me off from returning.

Lovely stay in a great hotel at Jumeirah Beach area wirh valet parking included. Very well kept property. Lots of amenities and superb staff. Fabulous breakfast buffet with great selection for just about anyone's taste. All the staff were super helpful and nice from check-in to concierge to parking valets and lobby staff. Nice pool area looking out over the beach. Enjoyed our stay tremendously.

Me and my Family had 9 nights stay at the Hotel, overall, I am very disappointed with the quality of service. Room was advertised for 4 adults to sleep but there wasn’t enough space for 3 adults let alone 4. Also, not enough space in the cupboard or in the room to accommodate 3 adults. Overall, very average Hotel.
