We stayed with our 3 Kids, the staff were amazing from reception to the breakfast crew. They have 24h shuttle to the Haram. Definitely will stay there again.

This Hotel is a hidden gem, and quality on par with SwissHotel in Clock Tower.
Beds, Hygiene, food and service in general, free water, dates and Kahwa all day is simply great. We would be staying at this place for all our Umra travel from now on every year.

Breakfast was very lovely, i truly appreciated the times from 6 to 11am. This made it very easy and the food variety was lovely as well with different spreads on different days.
The service was also very nice, with housekeeping coming anytime that you ask.

The facility is clean and at a good location very good breakfast . Good and friendly staff. Just that I was unlucky to have very very noisy room neighbor. Also the noise from hotel restaurant is over my room. But I really enjoyed my stay and will love to come back. Hopefully I will get a quiet room

From the moment you arrive, they make you feel welcome. The entrance offers you a selection of Arabic coffee, dates and small refreshments. The room, although small for a family of 4, was pretty clean. They brought enough teabags and water to get you refreshed. They were responsive to any queries, and will make up the room promptly and replace towels with fresh ones. They even stock up the bathroom with plenty of toiletries for the entire family to use. Lastly, I will also textbooks their breakfast that was fresh and had enough selection to fuel you up for the day of prayers and walking ahead.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. The hotel looks exclusive, even the hotel is 3 star rating, I can give this hotel for 5 star rating. The bed mattress, pillow and all room facilities was exclusive. Hotel staff was very welcoming and speak very polite. Welcome drinks Arabic coffee, Mineral water and snack provided with a lot of variety and delicious. A lot of variety of food for the morning breakfast and the food taste very delicious. Car Parking at the hotel basement was very clean. Since the hotel located a little bit far from Masjid Al Haram, hotel provided free shuttle bus to Masjid Al-Haram every 30minutes (24 hours daily), very convenience for traveller to perform Umrah without driving a car or taking expensive taxi. Bus driver was very welcoming and very helpful.
Hotel’s Guard, Hotel’s Bell Boy, Hotel’s Dining room staff were very kind and helpful, they should be commended for their hardworking.
There are a lot of shops walking distance around the hotel such as restaurants, convinient store, laundry shops, barber, banks, Shoes and clothes store.
