We stayed with our 3 Kids, the staff were amazing from reception to the breakfast crew. They have 24h shuttle to the Haram. Definitely will stay there again.

Breakfast was very lovely, i truly appreciated the times from 6 to 11am. This made it very easy and the food variety was lovely as well with different spreads on different days.
The service was also very nice, with housekeeping coming anytime that you ask.

The staff were the most pleasant, friendly, and helpful people we’ve met they truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
It’s a very family-friendly place, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be staying here again!

From the moment you arrive, they make you feel welcome. The entrance offers you a selection of Arabic coffee, dates and small refreshments. The room, although small for a family of 4, was pretty clean. They brought enough teabags and water to get you refreshed. They were responsive to any queries, and will make up the room promptly and replace towels with fresh ones. They even stock up the bathroom with plenty of toiletries for the entire family to use. Lastly, I will also textbooks their breakfast that was fresh and had enough selection to fuel you up for the day of prayers and walking ahead.

I loved this hotel — it was clean and smelled amazing.
There was a shuttle that took you to the Haram every half hour, stopping at the Jarwal bus stop. (Since there are many bus stops around the Haram, it’s important to remember the name of yours.)
Be sure to try Aryana Restaurant nearby — it has the best charcoal chicken I’ve ever tasted.
Also, some reviewers mentioned there was no hot water. In fact, there is a switch in the washroom that turns on the water heater. Just turn it on for a few minutes and the water will heat up.
Would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone I know going to Makkah.

Everything was good and up to date, the hotel room was clean and the breakfasts where amazing. The hotel also smells very nice, and the lobby had everything from free water bottles to umbrellas just in case it was raining. Over all very good hotel and the staff where very friendly.

Nice and clean hotel all as expected. There is a free bus service to kaba but the parking from kaba is very far and you will need to walk about 20 minutes to get to nearest gate. Best to use uber instead.

It's an excellent hotel near Masjid al-Haram. It has a clean, beautifully decorated room and a friendly hotel reception. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious and full of various dishes. A downside is that it is not easily walkable to Masjid al-Haram for families and old people. However, there is a 24/7 complimentary shuttle bus service to the Masjid al-Haram.

Overall - excellent value for money
Breakfast was ok. Options were limited by taste buds, but they had a good assortment. They have shuttle services around prayer times only, but we never took it since we learnt the drop off is a good walking distance from the Haram. Road construction adds travel time and cost if you take a cab, but it's a short lived issue. Room amenities are great though and friendly, helpful staff. They really supported us by allowing late check out plus safely stored our luggage since we planned to leave Makkah in the evening
