When we arrive late in the evening our apartment had not been cleaned therefore alternative accomodation had to be found. Fortunately the rep Giovanni contacted a friend and arranged overnight accomodation. Unfortunately we were not able to access our original apartment until 1500 the following day, therefore we lost out on a full day of our holiday. There was no welcome pack or any information showing local facilities/trips. The apartment itself was dated and could have done with a good clean.
Overall we are unlikely to use Expedia/Wonderful Italy in the future.

Apartamento excelente e bem localizado, a poucos minutos a pé da via principal do centro histórico. Amplo e confortável, com tudo que um hóspede pode precisar.
