Amazing hotel and friendly staff

I stayed with my mum here for 3 nights as a base to travel along the French Riviera. Such a good location right next to the train station. JB greeted us and he was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Camille who checked us in was super helpful with our itinerary and friendly. I was so touched when we received the happy mother and daughter trip card and treats. Thank you Camille! The room was spacious and clean and the shower very powerful. Bottled water daily was great! The buffet breakfast was also nice. Nina was great at the restaurant. On our last day we lost our mobile phone and the staff were so amazing in helping us find it - Mervin and Lucille- thank you again! From start to finish the hotel stay was fantastic and credit to all the staff. I will definitely stay again!

Breakfast was good at the same time the staff there should understand that ordering eggs from back kitchen is part of the service. For staff to respond when ordering eggs that it will take 15 mins (which it didn't) is akin to refusing service.

I stayed last night and found it to be overpriced for what it offers. The bed was very uncomfortable. The room felt dated and lacked basic amenities, like complimentary water. Given the price point, I expected more. There are better options in the area that offer a better experience for a lower cost. Overall, would not recommend it unless prices are reconsidered.

Fint hotel og god placering

Hotellet er virkelig smukt og moderne. Personalet er meget venlige. Værelset er virkelig flot og lækkert badeværelse. Værelset er lydisoleret, så man kan ikke høre larm ude fra. Hotellet ligger virkelig godt og er meget tæt på banegården/togstationen. Det var fedt at rengøringen kom forbi dagligt. Vi kan godt anbefale hotellet til andre og det er helt klart et hotel vi vil besøge igen. Det eneste minus ved hotellet er at de godt kunne have chromecast eller Apple TV på værelset. Vi har slet ikke brugt fjernsynet men derimod vores iPad, når vi skulle se noget om aftenen.
