Good stay overall. Excellent service for the morning breakfast starting at 7:00.
For those travelling with electric vehicle, there are 2 charging stations only, 1 for Tesla and one for others. Current location of the charging stations is in a very tight parking spot. The hotel would benefit installing additional charging stations in a more convenient location in the large parking lot at the back of the hotel.

Fabulous service but inventory in both rooms was incomplete, made good without any problems.
Less than impressed by the selfish visitors who smoked in the room and meant evacuation at 5:45 in PJ during -18C temperatures.

I stay there at least once a year and it is always super clean and the desk staff is very friendly.
The Spa O'Quartz and Zen Evasion Spa are my favourite part of staying there.
Massage therapists are always very professional and attentive to your specific needs. Since the renos the Spa really has a nice feel with the multiple pools, sauna and relax area.
The hotel is a short walk from the Casino for those who gamble and is also close to nice hiking trails that lead to the St. Lawrence River.
This year I noticed that maintenance staff was often in the hallways with tools and machinerie. Might be the change of season so i'm not sure I want to hold it against them.
The restaurant has a varied menu to please everyone and the Table d'Hote has some nicer options like duck and seafood for a very affordable price.
Overall a very nice place to stay in La Malbaie.

We had a very nice stay. Room was clean, cozy, and nicely decorated. Room service excellent. Restaurant on the premises served a full breakfast with several options to choose from. Service was excellent. Room and food reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Our room and bed were comfortable and we had a balcony. The view is good from the room, but the area around the pavilion was a bit messy due to construction next door and the pavilion feels a bit like a dormitory.
