Go with a jetted tub room
If you’re staying here it’s worth it to get a room with a jetted tub. Friendly staff and super fast check in. Some furniture is old and scratched up pretty bad, I never seen couches in such condition

The first thing we noticed was that the room smelled like cigarettes as soon as we got in. The washroom had no toilet paper and when we went to get it we were given a single roll. In talking with another couple, the husband was propositioned by a lady of the evening while in the pool. Will not ever go there again.

The property was well located reasonably close to the Ford Museum/Greenfield Village. A modest breakfast was provided and enjoyed. Room was clean and comfortable. Only issues were in the bathroom. No hooks to hang your towels and there was a small hole in the door. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Complimentary coffee was empty and my cup was still there the next day. Sauna was clearly not working(for a while) but still advertised as an amenity. But over all a pleasant stay and the staff were quite helpful and accomodating.

Disgusting waste of money!
On arrival we were met with an overwhelming smell of chlorine. Went to the room and the lock took 5 tries to get it to open. Went in to be greeted with a dirty and cracked tile floor. The bathroom had no toilet paper, the holder was falling off the wall and all the wall hooks were snapped off. The bathroom floor had hair all over it and the edge of the bathtub was filthy, probably feom moppings of the floor with a filthy mop. The TV didn't work so we asked about it and were told he would check later. We wnent out for dinner and we returned at about 10 pm. Went up to our room was and the entire hallway reeked of marijuana. It was in our room, probably due to the 2" gap under our room door. It was a hard explanation to give our 6 and 8 year old girls. Went in the room and the TV still wasn't working. My husband went down to the desk to complain, attendant said he would come look when he could. While in the room getting our girls to bed, it sounded like a herd of elephants were stomping back and forth across the room above us. I swore someone would come through the ceiling. Didn't stop till 12am and started again about 7:30am. The man came to the room, but my husband had fixed the TV. I asked if hotel was non smoking, was told Yes, so asked why it stunk of pot! Was told he would look onto it. Breakfast was a joke. Watered down juice, waffle batter was oily. Entire experience was horrible!

Disappointing
I have stayed at this hotel before, and I usually get a really great room. This time I just upgraded to a Jacuzzi suite and I was very disappointed. The fireplace did not work in my room, and in addition to that the Jacuzzi was very small. I opted to try this hotel because I have had positive experiences, I am very disappointed to say that I will never get a Jacuzzi room there again

Not very comforting
Our bed broke in the middle of the night, simply when we rolled over. It turned out the leg had already been broken badly and repaired with a screw... it needed a new frame very badly. It didn’t seem like a very clean hotel either
