This was my second stay at Richemont. Our first stay was in the residence and the most recent in a regular double room. I was wowed by both. The location is wonderful, the staff go above and beyond. The restaurant is very good as well!

8/10 Very good

Stayed in the deluxe suite. No elevator to that suite. Had to do major stairs coming and going. Also could not lower air conditioner and got hot in the middle of the night. Good location Staff was excellent.

8/10 Very good

Location was amazing! Beds were comfy and rooms were nice, staff was friendly and quick. Bikes were awesome, must use! Few comments: dead plants on the balcony, light out in bathroom when I arrived (fixed quick), bathroom faucet knob very loose, dust on items in the room, bathroom amenities not up to par for 4 star hotel, room service during the day not the best. Pretty good but expected more for the amount we paid.

This hotel is VERY clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are also very nice and spacious, even just their basic king room. We did not have a view beyond the rooftop nextdoor, but it wasn’t terrible since the room was nice and big and bright. It is right on the portion of King Street that is close to all of the shopping. It does not have a restaurant, and the continental breakfast was a little sad with the offerings. My only real complaint is that the fridge is not cold and it ruined my medication that needs to stay refrigerated. This is a little nerve racking when on a two week trip.

We loved our stay at this property! The only complaint we had was a weird and loud clicking sound that our AC made thru night. Staff seems like they are very responsive and it was reported at check-out. I’m sure it will be taken care of! The restaurant on property was OUTSTANDING and the location of this hotel cannot be beat. Staff were amazing and friendly.
