This place is definitely a diamond. the staff is amazing. food was great. My daughter enjoyed the pool and nice beach. I will back next year on my vacation.

The area is a little hard to get to, and they are currently fixing and adding other buildings so there are a lot of building supplies around. The staff were amazing tho, and the room we were in was nice. I don’t mind the dirt roads so to me it was good.

People there is very nice and the food was great it is a great place. The only thing that is really needed is better roads access. The street conditions was very bad.

The staff was excellent! Very welcoming and attentive. Restaurant staff were very aware of needs and wants. Excellent service as well.
Getting to the hotel is challenging. Like most rural Salvadoran roads, this one was challenging. There are no paved roads and the rains cause large pools of water on the dirt roads

This property has lots of potential and looks like they might be trying to update but they should’ve started with the restrooms and bedrooms. No TV, no microwave or refrigerator. Also one towel per person available, no towels available at the pool. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

The room we got smelled too much to mold. It smelled like something had been wet for a long time. That smelled came from the bathroom. I wasn't able to use the bathroom in the room. I had to go use the restrooms outside by the pool because the smell was so strong. I was almost throwing up because of the smell. We couldn't shower. Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here.

Ich habe weltweit wahrscheinlich über 300 Unterkünfte besucht. Dieser Aufenthalt war jedoch eindeutig meine schlimmste Erfahrung.
Es gab mehrere Probleme:
• Die Gäste im Zimmer über mir waren betrunken und sehr laut. Das hätte ich vielleicht noch toleriert.
• Schlimmer war jedoch die Situation draußen. Ein Nachbar arbeitete zwischen 23:00 Uhr und 3:00 Uhr nachts mit einer Kettensäge und verbrannte große Mengen Holz. Alles war voller Rauch und der Lärm war unerträglich.
• Das Hotelpersonal schritt nicht ein. Im Gegenteil: Sie schalteten zusätzlich noch ein lautes Stromaggregat an. Das hat mich einfach fassungslos gemacht.
Ich habe noch in der Nacht Kontakt mit Hotels.com aufgenommen. Zum Glück gelang es mir so, mein Geld zurückzubekommen.
Am nächsten Morgen hatte ich nur 3 Stunden geschlafen. Meine geplante 10-Kilometer-Wanderung im nahegelegenen Nationalpark war dadurch extrem anstrengend und kein Vergnügen.

Llegué y me fui. No me quedé, horrible el lugar, y para llegar hasta ahí es en un camino oscuro, todo roto de como 3 km y feísimo todo el alrededor.
