明德水庫旁原先的教師會館，重新裝潢。優點：面湖位置絕佳、房間大且有木質地板、被子輕軟又保暖，很舒服。缺點：1.淋浴的熱水要留很久才會熱，盆浴的則是再久也只到溫溫的，等放完水也冷掉了，無法泡澡；2.入住當晚住房率很低，館方也不願意讓我們稍提前入住。 非屬館方：明德水庫環湖公路目前施工無法完整通行，沒有公告，館方也不知。我們走到一半只好掉頭(雖然景色也不怎麼樣)。雖然會館看出區的湖景很好，但明德水庫留宿觀光做不起來，因果相扣形成循環，蠻可惜的。倒過來說，附近留宿觀光不發達所以晚上蠻安靜的，適合喜歡安靜放空的人。

環境好，職員態度友善認真。我預約了其中一日租用自行車，原本講好$400，但當日我晚了幾小時取車，職員主動扣減費用，十分老實。另外我很欣賞當日幫我辦理入住手續的小姐姐，有禮貌，用心專業。給一百個點讚！

親近大自然好地點

就在明德水庫旁，走路可到日新島。房間寬敞，床鋪舒適。可惜廁所沒有免治馬桶，整個房間只有書房一個垃圾桶較為不便

房間有電流不穩定的問題，房間、浴室燈都不定時閃爍，到晚間就寢後，除了沒開的燈有電流聲外，連電鈴都會叫一聲，一整晚電流聲和電鈴聲應該有不下10次，睡眠品質真的不好
