Hotel reception was clean, bedroom and bed was okay, the shower was okay and hot which is
Breakfast was basic consisting of 1 croissant 1 yoghurt 1 juice and coffee (would be nice if more food and variety was included )
When I asked for another croissant I was told that you can only have one.
Location is perfect a 10 minute walk to the city centre station

Last-minute booking via Expedia. All good. Friendly check in and nice clean room with shower and wc. Light breakfast included and the guy on reception even ordered our taxi for the short journey to the station. Ideal overnight stop to catch a morning train.

A bit dirty in the room, the shower did not work properly, continental breakfast was a croissant, a small Juicebox and a small yoghurt, not good enough.

I would never recommend this place to anyone, there’s no air condition at all, only one fan that barely works. Not only that, but there are also black mold growing in the bathroom walls. Walls are falling apart, look like it is from previous water stains

The service was terrible, rude and attitude rotten. No hot water, malfunctioning shower, useless safe, completely ridiculous shabby breakfast. Most of all, overall is not worthy even 60 euro a day. The plastic wraparound shower space can only hold a still-standing thin body, like a joke. 4 story building without elevators!!!

Bad hosting! Worst place where you can stay. NO AC!!! The worst wifi connection ever. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. The charged extra when we got there. Breakfast food was the worst! Never coming back here. Dont even think about booking this place!

O nome deixa a entender que é próximo a estação Milano Centrale, mas não é real. A localização não é das melhores. Fica longe da estação de trem principal e longe de estações de metrô também, muito difícil de locomover a partir dele. O banheiro não tinha separação entre a área molhada e seca, ao tomar banho o chão ficava completamente molhado, então era impossível usar o vaso sanitário sem molhar os pés, experiência muito ruim nesse sentido. O café da manhã era estilo "continental" um croissant, um iogurte e um suco, já é melhor que nada, mas não segura a fome por muito tempo. Fora isso, o atendimento da equipe foi excelente e as condições de limpeza também, mas não voltaria a me hospedar.

Expérience décevante malgré un bon petit-déjeuner
Nous n’avons pas été pleinement satisfaits de notre séjour.
Les informations concernant les départs n’étaient pas claires, et bien que le parking soit indiqué comme inclus, on nous a demandé de payer 10 € par nuit supplémentaire. Le réceptionniste présent à ce moment-là n’a pas pris la peine de vérifier ou de comprendre les détails de notre réservation.
Lors de notre deuxième nuit, le service d’entretien a remplacé notre ventilateur par un autre… qui était cassé ! C’était dangereux : les pales risquaient de se détacher et de blesser notre petite fille. Heureusement, un autre réceptionniste, très gentil, a immédiatement abandonné le sien pour nous dépanner.
En revanche, point positif : les petits déjeuners étaient très corrects, et nos enfants ont été ravis.

Situación Desagradable
La estadía en el Hotel Centrale, para mi y mi familia fue horrorosa. Primero que todo nadie hablaba italiano, las habitaciones repletas de hormigas y sin aire acondicionado tomando en cuenta que afuera hacían 40 grados, el desayuno limitado y se molestaban si pedías un poco más; y por último pero sin duda no menos importante les pedimos amablemente si nos podían refrigerar unos chocolates y quesos traídos de otro país (ellos aceptaron sin problema); sin embargo al irnos no aparecieron más, y no obtuvimos ninguna justificación ya que según ellos no sabían nada. No recomendado.

Udemærket hotel, der er overraskende roligt selvom det ligger centralt.
Morgenmaden er MEGET simpel - kaffe, croissant, yoghurt og brikjuice. Der var ikke nok croissanter til alle gæster. Spiseområdet var ucharmerende og der var ikke nok pladser til alle gæster.
Sengene er hårde og der er meget varmt på værelset.
Personalet er ikke smilende og ikke særlig imødekommende. De er dog ikke uvenlige.

Ehdottomasti paras 1 tähden hotelli, jossa olen ollut. Huone oli siisti ja tilava, sänky oli hyvä. Pientä kulumaa esim. kylpuhuoneen hanoissa, mutta yleisilme oli tyylikäs. Hiljainen ja turvallisen oloinen hotelli. Yöpyisin uudestaan.
Huonot puolet: Ei hissiä, aamupala italiaistyylinen eli melko niukka. Huone ylimääräisistä tuulettimista huolimatta melko kuuma.

Sin don de gente y amabilidad
El checkin fue tranquilo. Cuando llegué a la habitación, no lograba conectarme al wifi. Me bajé, hablé con el recepcionista. Dijo que no había problemas, pedí que subiera conmigo a ver el problema, contrariado, subió, me enseñó su móvil con señal. solicitó que yo reiniciara el dispositivo y bajó.
Como no lo conseguí, volví a bajar. Al lado de él, estaba otro señor tomándose una cerveza, le dije que seguía sin señal. Empezó a gritarme, solo pedí que lo revisara. En este momento, el otro señor, dijo que yo debería callarme, que yo subiera para no tener más problemas, en tono de amenaza. Les comenté que formaluzaría un reclamo, el recepcionista dio de hombros y el otro empezó a insultarme en otro idioma.
