Room was comfortable, quiet, clean, and simply but tastefully furnished. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Great location, away from downtown, just 2 blocks from the beautiful cathedral, close to Forest Park, and in a beautiful neighborhood. Plenty of free street parking within a block. On-line check-in was annoying, and instructions for room entry were unclear. Overall, a very nice experience.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in STL. It is affordable, with helpful welcoming staff, and its own locked parking garage behind the hotel. It is convenient to the SLU campus and Central West End. If you aware a family or budget traveler looking for accommodations for this location, I highly recommend this hotel!

Traveled with my spouse and the kids for a long weekend. The area is safe, the parking garage is great. Staff very friendly. Room is economy but well-appointed. Only complaint is the size of the fridge as it was more a beverage fridge size so we couldn't really fit leftovers in it.

We were moving our daughter to town. Our room was the executive suite and had plenty of room to bring in family, as there was a separate living area from the bedroom. It had a nice kitchen, and the half bath was a plus. It even had a bag of popcorn and some coffee. The parking garage was gated, and building security was good.

I am not a frequent hotel guest but would absolutely choose this one again if the need arose. The gentleman I spoke to when I arrived was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I appreciated not having to carry a physical key/keycard with me, which often is a stressor for me as I enter and exit my room. I felt safe, appreciated that there are written quiet hours, and especially enjoyed the comfort of the bed. The size of the room was not large but was exactly what I needed for the price. If I was staying with anyone else, I would make sure to get a larger room. Parking was easy and felt secure. I would love for outlets to be more accessible. The shower took longer than the suggested 2 minutes to warm up enough to use. Otherwise, 5 star experience all around. Thank you!!!
