Our room was spacious and extremely clean. However, it is a project under construction. Workers at upper floors create a lot of noise, construction debris is accumulated at the parking lot. There are electricity cables and large hoses used in construction exposed. The owners and staff were eager to fix the noise issues but still there is a difficult line to navigate between construction work and customer comfort. They claim "ocean view" but the truth is that on the second floor we were there was none as the trees blocked it completely. The main issue in the rooms is the poor design in the bathrooms. There is no space to put toiletries, towels, etc.. the rooms nice and spacious but they have no electricity outlets and the few ones available are poorly distributed. The staff is the best asset they have. The owners were friendly and eager to help but there was so much they could do.
