Great stay. The hotel was nicely cleaned along with our room. The only negative I have is in relation to the number of wash clothes provided. There were only 2 wash clothes provided for us and we normally use two different wash clothes. There should’ve at least provided us with 4 wash clothes.

Nice and new
Very new, clean rooms and nice sundries area. Parking lot has no lights so lock your car and check your surroundings when going out at night. Only downside is the Amazon fulfillment center trucks block the entrance and stay there a while holding things up. Would definitely stay again

Nice facility - Poor business practices
A new long stay facility with odd business practices. Housekeeping services rooms every 8 days for long term reservations, but failed to change my linens until my 11th night, even though I asked on the 9th to have them changed. You have to carry your trash to the dumpster if your cans are full before your housekeeping visit on Day-8. Their CAST streaming service caused issues with watching live TV, so for 3 days I had no live TV because the staff couldn't correct the problem (& I wasn't the only guest with this issue). They don't have a business center. Water pressure in the shower was poor. WiFi for computers was slow.

New property. Nice rooms very clean. Friendly staff. Mr. Sinclair was most helpful. Would be 5 stars except: no housekeeping during 4 day stay. No coffee for the Keurig in the room. No hair dryer. Nice location. Very competitive price for similar properties in the area.

Great stay! New hotel.
Great stay overall. Location was perfect. Area safe (in front of Amazon warehouse). Very new facility. Customer service was good. Very clean and spacious room. Lots of space. Even had a full size fridge and small cooking area! Our only complaint was the lights in the bathroom did not work properly. They had an auto shutoff and wouldn’t stay on. We were offered another room but had already packed and were exhausted from long trip. No other complaints. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Picky Pet Traveler
The front desk staff was super nice. The hotel was clean and I especially loved the size of the room and that there was no yucky carpet. I traveled with my dog and they made sure to put a special tag on my door so housekeeping would know to do whatever additional cleaning they do when pets have been in the room. BONUS! The location was close to the highway and only a very short and easy drive to shopping and restaurants. This will be the only place I stay when I travel to Fayetteville.

Safe place to stay with children. Convenient self-serving store inside hotel. There wasn't anyone from the hotel available in the morning to check-out regardless of pressing the call bell more than three times.

Great Place to stay!!
The room was very clean and well stocked,we love the store which had everything you would need to cook, breakfast,lunch,or dinner. The only thing we don’t like was the pillows, but that is just our preference. Out all stay was great, We will stay there again, it’s close to the Army base.

I was overall very dissappointed with stay. Everhthing looked good on first look, but on closer look wverything is cheeply made. Beds not comfortable in co.parrison to similar hotels. The furniture look like it was bought from ikea and were just random pieces of furniture. The room set up was terrible and you could really only see the television well from one bed. The service was inconsistent. The perspn who checked me in was great. When arroved to room only had one towel and no face clothes. Attendent at front desk said they would bring down some, but never did. The next day when my mother went to ask again she was givwn attitude. The peraon gave her face clithes but still no towel. She handed them to her without even looking at her and walked off immediately not giving mother a chance to say anything about not having a towel. On day two I was able to find someone belpful who gave us a full set of towels/face clothes. Now in the room the light blocking curtains wouldnt work and were stuck in up position. We had an amazon plant behind the room, which is the only thing around. Lights blasted into the room at night and the sound proffing was non existent. Luckily you can download noise apps to cancel some of the noise from the amazon factory and near by airbase, but could not cancel out the noise from other guests. Wifi adveetised as free is only free for one device per room. Pool is seasonal only, and it appeared homeless were being housed. Overall poor stay.

Friendly, efficient, clean
I had just come from a 13 hour road trip solo, my first one ever. The staff was excellent. Courteous and professional. I had not booked it ahead of time since I wasn't sure I was going to make it. I made it at 10:25pm after their normal operating hours. The gentleman who let me in allowed me to take my time and book through the app. I was then allowed to grab my stuff while someone else was checking in. Nevada checked me in. So sweet in her demeanor and efficient in her work. Straight to the point. I found the room clean and tidy. Everything worked as intended. They provided me a dishwashing pod and after I made my Cuban coffee and cleaned up, I put my cup and spoon that they had available in the dishwasher and turned it on while I got dressed and packed to leave. There was a little dog yapping a few doors down but I didn't really pick up on it in the room, only in the hallway. I would love to come back and rest here.
