Good location, flawless support from customer service. Luggage locker available. The only minus that there is no reception and no restroom, so after you checkout, even if you can store your luggage in the hotel but there is no option to sit down or use a restroom.

Great WhatsApp online check-in experience, thanks to the super helpful CS for immediately fixing a payment issue. The room was spotless, with a fully equipped kitchenette that exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent—just steps from the purple metro and train lines. If you’re looking for some peace away from the tourist crowds, this is an ideal choice.

The apartment was spacious but the elevator was very small. The last night we stayed someone puked in the elevator which made it worse leaving the next morning with all our luggage. We had to make 4 trips in elevator.

The main issue is that the AC wasn’t working and they really didn’t do anything to fix it. But it was a comfortable unit.

Super clean and modern on the inside. Was not familiar with this method of access and communication, but after I did my part it was fairly seamless. The property is quite a good walk from Milan’s city center. But we felt safe walking back late at night. All in all, a clean, well apportioned room.

Numa Milan Sempione was very poor room. No light working in the bathroom, no body shampoo, no one will make your bed when you will ask you had to go get your own clean towels very not good location.

It was very hot in Milan when we visited, and the AC in the building was not working. They told us this was a new problem and that it would be fixed in a day or two, but other guest told us it had been going on for weeks.
It was impossible to sleep as it was 30-32 degrees in our room; with the window open we were swarmed by mosquitos. Finally after begging for three days they brought us a small fan which helped out slightly.
I would highly recommend NOT to stay here

Very nice with some needed improvement
It was very clean, comfortable, and everything was quite reasonable. All services were done through app, even check in & out. Small problem I see is 4 digit very short pass code, and the concierge service to keep baggages. The self locker was not fully operated yet, so I had to extend my stay by 1 more night to meet my night flight.

The “hotel” has not figured out how to turn on the A/C in June. They knew about this on my first day before arrival, but did not communicate about repairs, or mitigation of the problem. Extremely hot during the nights with mosquitos. By the third out of four nights, I had to move hotels, with no recompense from Numa. In fact, they charged me for all four nights! Other guests were having the same problem. I would not recommend.

Fantastisk läge, nära till restauranger och kollektivtrafik samt mataffär. 25 min med spårvagn till centrala Milano.
Superbra kommunikation och instruktioner inför resan, allt sker digitalt. Jätte smidigt.
Superbra att det finns skåp att förvara väskor i. Extra handdukar osv kunde hämtas vid behov. Tvättmaskin fanns, superbra.
Stora rum som var fräscha och nytt. Fanns allt man behövde. Kommer definitivt bo igen!

- Kommunikation mühsam, da über Chatbot Kommunikation aufgenommen werden muss
- Wir bestellten zwei Babybetten, weil wir zwei Kinder haben. Dies wurde uns dann auch bestätigt über Whatsapp-Chat, doch im Apartment war trotzdem nur eins. Erst am nächsten Tag wurde das zweite Babybett gebracht.
