Our stay was good, but we were not happy with the deposit arrangements. It took minutes to take the deposit from us, but it to 10 days to get it back. We can only hope that we get it all back.

Disappointed
they now require a $100 deposit if you pay it with your card it takes 7-10 days to get it returned. If you pay cash then you wait while they go and inspect your room. Breakfast was served in crockpots. you could tell it was prepared in the crockpots since the sausage was soaking in water and was basically boiled. The biscuits were still in the bag that that they came out of the freezer in and were just tossed in the crockpot to warm up. I used to stay when it was the Ramada and it was much better. My room was advertised to have a private hot tub, and it did not. The Pool and Spa were closed and appear to have been for quit a while now. This one is now off my list of places to stay in Tulsa now.

Breakfast had biscuits and gravy, sausage, scrambled eggs and waffles. The room was clean and overall it was quiet and super nice for the price way better than anything else you can get around here

Nice Place
The room was clean. Bathroom was nice and clean. The chairs were showing wear. The TV was not working but the staff had it replaced and this was on a Sunday night. Breakfast was nice. Had 5 hot items plus other items. The breakfast room was quite large a quite nice. Pool is under repair. Also it is under new management and did good for us. Was worth the price

You’re A Hospitality Service, Please Be Kind!
I have stayed at Sky Tree multiple times and had never had an issue until my most recent trip. I felt that my privacy was at risk after an employee poorly handled my request to not utilize housekeeping during my stay. There were no “do not disturb” signs (which usually there are) and the day after I had asked for house keeping to not come into my room (the employee told me it was recommended) said employee came and knocked on my door and TOLD me, I quote “they will be coming into your room today.” No one asked if I would like housekeeping, they told me. (I didn’t even need housekeeping, neither trash can was full and I’m not an unclean person.) It felt as if they were going to barge into my room at any moment. While this did not happen and a housekeeper later knocked on my door, I told them I didn’t need service and they went on their way. If there was a new policy of some sort at the hotel where they would like to clean every two-three days for people who have longer stays something along those lines could have been said, but it wasn’t. It’s unfortunate that I will most likely not stay there again because of it. Otherwise the employees are wonderful, the food is decent, the rooms are comfortable and tidy, and the price is really nice for what you get. I hope they will handle matters of this sort better in the future! You’re a hospitality service, please be kind! If you are a Sky Tree employee seeing this, thank you for taking the time to read.
