Pros: - Easy check-in process (via door code provided after booking) - Super comfortable bed Cons: - One of the bed lamps didn't work - Heat lamp didn't work in the bathroom (also no fan so everything had crazy condensation on it after I showered) - Walls were SUPER thin (the room next door had their TV on really loud late at night and we could hear them talking on top of that) The motel did give us a number to call with any issues because there was no staff on site, but it was already late, we were tired, and it didn't seem worth it to stay up waiting for these things to be addressed. They genuinely want their guests to have a good stay, but these shouldn't have even been issues in the first place. I left feedback on the suggestion pad they left in the room, so hopefully the lamp issues were fixed before another guest stayed there.

An affordable place to stay after a long day exploring Zion. The rooms are street facing on a quiet and dark road, got to see a shooting star when we stepped outside to stargaze. Parking is right outside your door for easy load in and out. Room is clean, has fridge, microwave and coffee maker. We had dinner across the road at Thunderbird, picked up souvenirs at their gift shop and fueled up at the gas station across the street. The wall unit has a heat option, only complaint was needing a heavier blanket on a cold night.

Great Place near Zion
We had a great stay at 89& Nine. The beds are comfortable, plenty of hot water with good pressure, microwave and small refrigerator allowed for in room meals. Gas station and restaurant right across the street. And there is a grocery store about 5 miles down the road! Everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

Our stay was great comfortable and easy! The price was excellent! We were going to stay another night but the answering service kept me on hold for 15 minutes. Went to the office and called the number on the door and left a message. No response. So, we're moving on. They've done a fabulous job on refurbishing the property but the lack of customer phone care probably needs to change for them.

Sehr gerne wieder, empfehle dieses Motel gerne weiter! Sehr freundlicher Empfang, kein Problem, dass wir den Eingangscode für unser Zimmer nicht kannten ( kam per Mail). Die Empfangsdame schaute ohne grosses Aufhebens nach. Süssigkeiten als kleine Willkommensaufmerksamkeit auf dem Bett, da fühlt man sich gleich daheim! Zimmer geschmackvoll eingerichtet, ein schönes Bild ziert eine Wand.

The motel seemed to be renovated. The rooms looked really new. Check-in was smooth and I felt very welcomed. Upon entering the room, some sweets were waiting for me and my partner as small welcome gift. Also, there is a gas station and a good restaurant on the other site of the street.
