Friendly, helpful staff
A lovely room with a firm mattress, ample couch, TV, mini-bar (where we could store a few groceries). Great shower, nice decor, lovely view of the park. The staff is incredibly friendly and speaks English (but will also let you practice your German). Located 20 minute walk from the Bahnhof/Bus station. One special note: because we had the early tour at Neuschwanstein, we had to be at the bus station long before breakfast was available (it starts at 8a, and the bus leaves at 7:25). While the staff couldn't make an early breakfast, instead they made us up a to-go box of very ample proportions! In all, the nicest place we have stayed on our trip. One walker's hint to get there: if you walk through the Aldstadt to St Mang's, and then walk along the river, you don't have to go over the hill to get to the Parkhotel.

Large rooms decorated in a rather quaint style but clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in Bad Faulenbach which is a adjacent to the town of Fussen. The area is beautiful with views of the Tyrol and lots of scenic walking and biking trails. The local restaurants were excellent and reasonably priced. The breakfast at the hotel is very good with lots of choice.

Excellent
Lovely big room with balcony and park views. Street parking just outside hotel. Very reasonable for just 2 euros for 24 hours. 10 minute walk to town. Area felt safe. Beautiful castles just a short drive away. We were in the area for 2 nights. Dining experiences were mixed, one awful and one fantastic.

This was a nice, small hotel. It was very quiet and our room was awesome, with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountain scenery. The breakfast included was great and nice to have a restaurant on site for lunch. The staff was helpful (except for on grumpy one on check out!) We would stay again!

Xmas 2018
On arrival we were advised by the manager of all the facilities and then shown to our spacious room. To use the spa need to request an hour in advance for it to be heated. For the size of the hotel the spa area is exceptional. Breakfast was very good, with the usual limitless supply of breads, cheeses, meats, sausages and eggs. The machine coffee was very good. Fussen is 10 minutes walk away by a riverside path, most of which is pedestrianised. December is a great time to visit.

I found the hotel to be centrally located, which gave us access to visit the town by foot. very near to a grocery store, all restaurants near by and no need to take your car. it was close to the town, hiking trail and at night so very peaceful the hotels offers a very nice buffet breakfast. with lots of good choices for everyone.

Pleasant experience in a cozy vibe
Nice room, friendly, helpful relaxed staff, good breakfast, had a wonderful stay! The place hade almost family type vibe to it, but was still quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended! Only drawback was staff (except receptionist) spoke limited English, and the receptionist had to be called to the desk.
