It’s a lovely hotel with endless sporting and spa facilities. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The electric heated toilet is just incredible to behold. The only drawback was that the breakfast doesn’t open until 08:00hrs. For me on a business trip, this was too late.

Generally a great place. Easy access, nice hotel, plenty of underground parking. Spacious hotel room. The automated toilet was a bit too much for us, but I'm sure it is expensive. Restaurant (dinner) was great, but you need to book in advance. Breakfast was indidvidual (from menu) and not bad, but we had preferred a buffe with more options.

Stayed while competing in Valencia so didn’t use any of the sports facilities. Had a water leak that required 2 room moves and an overnight power cut. The staff were helpful but it took several hours to find an alternative room which was disappointing as it happened on the only free day we had and the hotel was far from full. Hotel facilities look amazing and restaurant was quality, esp the staff who were excellent. Standard of the finish in the accommodation was top class benefiting from not being open for long.

The hotel had a terrible smell. I think they used a spice fragrance like massage oil. Terrible for some one hypoallergenic and it was suppose to be a fitness center. Breakfast was limited. Little veg fiber choices. No omlette choice and buffet eggs not good.

Disappointed

Checked in at 4pm. When we entered the room, it was 28.5C in the room. By 11pm, it’s 27.5C. 8am in the morning, room temp was 26. I had the AC set to 19c throughout. The room was hot. Furthermore, the toilet wasn’t even working. We used it and then realized it wasn’t working. They had to send guys to reset the power circuit for the whole room in order to power the toilet and for it working. The room was just not ready for us. Very disappointed.

I would never come back. It’s a sport facility that has added a hotel on it. Have no clue what service is. Hotel is new but smells horrible and damp. We were showed a way to get to the hotel building that was not accessible with a stroller. Once after a lot of carrying up stairs I called and asked for better route with our kids. He replied if you come back I can explain you? Head a joke to me when we finally made it to the room. The suite we stayed in was big but very dirty and made cheaply. The balcony was also just forgotten about by the cleaners. Our daughter almost choked on plastic tags that they had not cleaned from the previous guests. The puke on the bathroom wall was also not the nicest thing to greet us in the room. We had asked for a cot, called and made sure it would be in our room as we arrive early. Asked in reception at check in again but when we came to the room it wasn’t there. Restaurant is not made for hotel guest more as a compliment for the sport facility once again. No kids food broken high chairs. Parking is very confusing, when you finally find the hotel parking you can’t get up as you need a hotel key to get up?!? No bell to ring or anything just have to walk all the way an k through the parking garage o find another exit. Clearly someone thought they could open a hotel with no parking whatsoever experience or knowledge on what it means to run one.

La terraza de la habitación no estaba muy limpia. El resto de habitación estaba muy bien. Eché en falta que hubiera zapatillas para la habitación. Tenía reserva para cenar en el restaurante de allí, "Caliza" y después de estar 18 minutos sentados en una mesa (solo había dos clientes más), ningún camarero se acercó a atendernos incluso habiéndole dicho dos veces que el QR en la mesa de la carta no funcionaba, así que decidimos levantarnos e irnos a cenar a otro sitio en Bétera. Por otra parte añadir que el domingo, siendo que el horario de apertura de la piscina es desde las 10'00 horas, nosotros y otras 7 o 8 personas más estuvimos en la puerta esperando hasta las 10'15 horas, que apareció el socorrista y abrió la puerta.
