Check in was awful. Couldn't find my booking. I had to help. Given key and not shown to room.. got to room up four flights after I told the hotel my husband had a lung condition. The cottage was huge and extremely well-equipped, making it a perfect stay for families. The surroundings were absolutely stunning, providing a peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The spa requires advance booking, and guests can stay for only one hour, but it was a great experience nonetheless. Everything was absolutely perfect during our stay!
