Excellent Hotel, fabulous location
This was a super place to stay. We had a week in March. The room was fine, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were wonderful, lots of choice in a comfortable setting. I find it hard to pick any kind of fault and would highly recommend a stay here.

The property was beautiful, safe and perfectly located. The staff was super sweet and very helpful. The rooms are simple but very nice and the property is gorgeous. Can't brag enough about the food. The free breakfast buffet was out of this world with delicious options and the restaurant was always willing to accommodate our dietary restrictions as gluten free vegans. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Good but not worth the high price
It is not 4 star as claimed on Hotels. The rooms are very basic with a very hard madress and hard pillow. Pool is small but clean.
The service at the restaurant was excellent and good food as well. For "free" breakfast you are charged for water and coffee.
There are no sunbeds or umbrellas at the beach so we spend most of our time at other restaurants that offered that.
You can get a 5 star hotel in Goa for the same price. Otherwise go for the cheaper bungalows, you won't use the pool anyhow.

Stayed here for two nights and it’s a wonderful spot. There are so many restaurant choices nearby for all tastes and meal sizes, and it’s right in the water so your life is simple!
Breakfasts are delicious and the team are all very helpful.
Perhaps sometimes, considering there were children at the hotel, the courtyard garden they would allow guests to play music a bit too late. But that’s the only issue!
