The staff at reception tried to take £1275.63 from my credit card instead of a payment of around £130 for 2 nights
I got a text from my credit card company saying have i organised a payment from hotel of £1275.63 i replayed NO
which then my credit card was Blocked
Then spent next 5 hours trying to sort problem to no avail
Staff not interested and said could not help
Me and my wife spent £50 trying to ring UK to sort problem out to no avail
This left us in a mess even management not interested
