Great little rooftop pool! Even though the hotel was full we never ran into anyone using the rooftop apart from us. Rooms simple but comfortable, aircon was amazing. 10 min walk to all restaurants and 1 min walk to the beach. Great stay!

Our experience at Case Arkana was disappointing. We were placed in a bottom-floor room with no windows, making it feel like a basement suite. On top of that, there were multiple issues with our room. Upon arrival, we discovered the lock on our only entrance—a sliding glass door—was broken. Initially, they expected us to stay in an unsecured room before reluctantly moving us, only to switch us back the next day once the lock was fixed.
The bathroom door was also so squeaky it would wake the other person up, and while they did repair it, the lingering toxic smell from the fix made our room unbearable for days. Outside the room, constant construction noise disrupted any sense of relaxation. The pool started off clean, but by the end of the week, it was so murky you could barely see the bottom.
Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Me gustó mucho el diseño del hotel, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas y tiene muchas amenidades buenas como la barra compartida y la piscina. Siempre hay gente en recepción y la atención es buena.

Ubicado en un area muy tranquila y a solo unos pasos de la playa donde practicamente no hay nadie, caminar a punta zicatela donde hay mas gente son unos 15-20, a cualquier otro lado si requieres taxi o rentar moto, igual tambien estas a no mas de 15-20 min maximo.
Me gusto la arquitectura, la piscina en el techo, aunque chiquita, muy padre con la vista al mar y area social agusto.

Escape a Zicatela
Las habitaciones muy bonitas de diseño minimalista. Cuentan con un armario tipo librero, abierto y funcional, pensando en una estancia corta.
Los blancos (sábanas y almohadas) de buena calidad aunque el colchón de la cama, ligeramente vencido.
Sugerimos adicionar a la habitación una cafetera facilitando la primera tasa del día sin tener que salir de ella.
