Some staff need better people skills especially front desk. Bartender was rude and inexperienced. Huge rat around the pool and told the bartender and didn’t make an effort to reassure us that it would get taken care of, said that more than likely the front office knew… ah well.

Our first time at this property but definitely not our last. My boyfriend and i came down for the weekend and had purchased the all inclusive package for our stay and we’re not disappointed! Accessing the beach, pool and bar from our room was super easy. All hotel staff were great and understanding that our spanish was not the best but always helped with whatever we needed. The bartender at the pool was amazing and incredibly nice! The buffet had lots of different options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Since the hotel is owned by a parent company with three hotels on the same street it gave us even more options for dining than we had realized we had with our all inclusive package. We can’t wait to come back to Mazatlan and stay at Sunset Palace Hotel!

The food was not good and there was only one restaurant in resort. They charged me additional because they said I put one of my kids two years younger and I showed they I didn’t and they still charged me horrible customer service!!! I will never stay there again.

The experience with this hotel was not what I we expected. My friends and I were very disappointed because when we got to the hotel the hotel was closed. The taxi driver told us that Sunset Palace was closed for remodeling and hotel management didn’t contact us to let us know we were going to stay at another property. We ended up at Star Palace which was a downgrade not an upgrade. When we find out When we contacted management for an explanation

En general la propiedad está en buen estado, se ve que recientemente lo han remodelado, el área de la playa muy tranquila, el área de alberca muy bonita, el personal muy atento.
Lo único que podrían mejorar es el menú del bufet, era muy sencillo, aunque rico, pero poca variedad a pesar de que el lugar es el mejor de la cadena porque tiene aire acondicionado, por la variedad había que trasladarse hasta el otro restaurante de la cadena y ahí había mucha gente

La comida, muy pobre nunca habia estado en un all inclusive que te limiten la comida, en el buffete desayuno y cena se repetían pocas opciones, los restaurantes de reserva con mínima opciones. También en los snack de la alberca te limitaban. No vuelvo hospedarme ahi. Aparte que me querían cobrar un excedente por mis niños de 8 y 9 años.

muy bien instalaciones cama baños etc. solo un poco les falta en cuestión de la comida la mayoría de las comidas muy insípidas por decir la carne guisadas casi en agua la sopa sobor acida en postres y pan dulce para desayuno muy poca variedad las aguas de sabor desabridas feas, pero en general mas menos bien si recomiendo el hotel instalaciones, playa alberca muy bien
