We stayed in a king room with a terrace, the room was nicely appointed and a decent size. The buffet was a little expensive no real American breakfast choices. We enjoyed the bar and lounge area most evenings after visiting Oktoberfest. The location was perfect, centrally located to the train stop, bus stop and tram. It was also walking distance to Octoberfest.

Check in is usually busy but fairly quick and they are well organised to store luggage free for early arrivals or late departures .Breakfast is ok ,no hot options but adequate selection of cold meats ,cheese ,bread etc. Seating can be tricky as there is a selection of easy chairs and low tables and you can find yourself having breakfast in the reception area . No restaurant on site but very close to Station and shops and restaurants . Staff are plentiful and all very pleasant and helpful .

Stayed here for 2 nights in March, as I was coming back from Austria after completing my ski instructors qualification course. Room is a little on the small side, but it isn't any issue at all. Decent wifi. Located just across from the main train station, so super convenient for the U-Bahn and S-Bahn trains to anywhere you want to get to. And only a short 7-8 minute walk to Karlsplatz and the main shopping area of Munich.

The room and facilities were very nice. The location is convenient for travel to the airport, trains and most business locations. The immediate neighborhood is rather urban (i.e., not pretty and rather grungy), but it didn't feel dangerous and it is about what I expected from its location near the main train station, not much different than midtown New York.

Cool hotel in a great location

Unique, stylish hotel with extremely friendly staff & a cool bar on site. The hotel is positioned in a great spot in the city centre, close to the Marienplatz, shops and a bunch of restaurants and amenities. However the small room was hot and stuffy at times, which got a little uncomfortable, as the aircon did not seem to work properly. Be aware there is also a rooftop bar next to the hotel and if you’re positioned on that side, the music can be loud. Other than that, it was a really enjoyable stay.

The hotel is nice, clean and I felt safe staying there. My issues were there are no phones in the room, so calling the front desk is not possible. No room service. If you need towels, TP or Kleenex you must go down to the front desk The rooms are very small, like really small. If you have multiple people you might want to reconsider. The breakfast is overpriced and you can find bakeries that are more reasonable.
