Recepcionistas MUITO DESPREPARADAS e até GROSSEIRAS, sem nenhuma boa vontade para resolver. Na prática disseram: se vire que não é problema meu. Mais de uma hora para conseguir resolver. Falhas podem ocorrer, mas a postura das recepcionistas foi inaceitável. A raiva não compensou o conforto, ao menos pra mim
