Our booked rooms are distributed to different floors. In fact we have marked our request (to be close to each other) during the booking process. The reply of failure from the hotel is not because it is too full, but because they are not being requested. It made us very inconvenient during our stay. 在車站旁邊,有聯通道可抵達。飯店很新,提供的茶品都非常好喝😁走路當散步去F village看球大概要25分鐘,球場接駁車就在一樓車站處,搭車也很方便。比賽日與非比賽日房價差很多喔😆再訪還是會選擇入住。與賣場合作的停車場, 住宿優惠停車24小時, 收費1500日幣(限單次進出)車位不多但是優惠很多。

新しいホテルで、部屋では気持ちよく過ごせました。チェックインもオンラインで、受付番号4ケタが必要とのこと。メールで届いているハズと言われても、毎日届くメールの数も多いので見過ごしていて、探すのが面倒でした。朝は、男性スタッフがパソコンの前に座ったままで、客のチェックアウトは自分の仕事と思っていない様子。あいさつもこちらから、そして「ありがとうございました」もない。あの人、ホテルのスタッフじゃないの？ホスピタリティのかけらも感じられない対応でした。
