10/10 Exceptional

Though found it difficult to locate hotel for lack of name display due to renovation work going on for 31st and Magh mela. The manager and staff was cooperative n helpful. Hospitality at its best. Excellent quality tasty food made to order. Beautiful n scenic view. Seen peacocks in the resort. I would definitely like to stay there again.

5 stars for staff. 4 stars for food. 3 stars for tents. There was a generator back of the tent which disturbed sleep. Also as cars were parked in the compound, drivers were chatting till 2 in the night. No hot kettle in the room. No dustbins in the room.

They cancelled the booking saying we are under renovation.But they were booking the rooms on site with full charges without discount.So i would suggest Hotels.com not to recommend such properties where after booking the rooms are not available at the time of check in.Terrible experience.
