The Staff was GREAT, very nice and helpful. Just the place and people in it not so good. We had no idea people stayed there for long term so they were very loud, arguing, smoking, etc till late into the night and early morning. We had a toilet that didn't work good at all, also the refrigerator had been unplugged so we couldn't use that till the 2nd day, and our check in was at 4, but our room wasn't ready until 8. Again the staff was great, just wouldn't stay there again.

Management is extremely confident, caring, and passionate about this property. Although it is a new property and errors are yet unseen and unknown , when an issue is brought to his attention, he accommodates the guest appropriately and in a timely manner. This type of hospitality and customer service is shined upon in my eyes. I have found a new resting place during my travels. The entire staff is phenomenal.

No coffee available. Beds were terribly uncomfortable and pillows horrible. I could barely sleep at all on the bedding provided. This is an extended stay place obviously. I should’ve been tipped off by price- just wouldn’t want to stay there again. The staff were very friendly.

If you come after 10pm there is no staff! The lobby is unmanned and the phone support does not work. Hotel looks good otherwise, if you arrive during the lobby hours it probably is fine but if you arrive late evening this hotel is a scam. Had to find accommodations elsewhere because staff was unreachable and several other customers had same issue.

Staff was excellent and very courteous. Very disappointed upon arrival to find that the stove eyes had been removed from the rooms, even though the pictures on the website showed them there. That was one of the reasons we rented the room. Second, during the night the refrigerator went out ruining about $30 worth of leftovers from lunch and dinner.

Nice location and great room. I believe the walls may have been a lil thin but that’s really all as fas as complaints. The heater isn’t all that hot but it does get hot.. I also noticed a broken blind that goes on the window blinds. I really haven’t noticed it until hours later but I didn’t see the broken piece anywhere so im assuming this is a recent incident before my stay.
