Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations. The staff was very unresponsive—after ordering room service, it never arrived. When booking a pontoon ride, we were initially quoted one price, but on the day of the excursion we were asked to pay more, which led us to cancel altogether. Mayra at the front desk was particularly dismissive and unhelpful when we raised concerns. While the hotel itself is nice, the food was overpriced and lacked authentic Mexican flavor. We stayed in the Four Islands room, which had a terrible, pungent sewer smell that made the stay uncomfortable. Overall, the property has potential, but the service and maintenance issues significantly impacted our experience.

Pésima recepción, llegamos y aún no estaba la habitación, casi hasta las 6 de la tarde nos dieron nuestra habitación, solamente nos dieron largas, posteriormente no funcionaba una lámpara y no pudieron arreglarla, fuimos a comer al restaurante y la comida fría, les dijimos a los meseros que esta mala y solo la calentaron en el horno de microondas y también comentaron que el chef ya se había ido, cenamos a las 7:30 de la noche. De verdad una pésima estancia.

El lugar es hermoso, pero la calidez y el servicio es excelente, todos fueron muy amables, recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar, la comida del restaurante también es muy rica, la única área de oportunidad sería la cocina que es bastante lento el servicio de preparación de los alimentos, pero de ahí en fuera todo perfecto.

El hotel es hermoso, llevaba expectativas muy altas en cuanto a todo, tal vez por eso me quedé esperando un poco más. La atención del personal en general es buena, especialmente por la chica de recepción y algunos otros trabajadores. Pero hay algunos elementos de su equipo que hicieron de mi estancia un momento agridulce. Ya que desde nuestra llegada se notó un favoritismo por otros huéspedes de tez blanca y de mejor vestir que nosotros. Desde el lugar que se nos asignó para comer, hasta que para el desayuno tardaron en llevarnoslos casi una hora después de haberlo pedido, siendo que no había ningún otro comensal en el restaurant, más que mi esposo, mi hija y yo. Veíamos que pasaban con bandejas y bandejas de desayunos pero a nosotros no se nos atendía. Pedimos un café y lo llevaron 20min después y el resto de desayuno casi una hora después. El primer mesero que nos atendió no era para nada amable, le decíamos gracias y ni nos respondía, vaya! Parecía que estaba atendiendonos a fuerza. Después llegó otro chico y fue más amable. Tardan mucho en llevar la cuenta, al rededor de unos 15 minutos y sin haber más clientes, imagino que cuando haya más clientes se han de tardar muchísimo más. Por lo demás fue bueno, porque el hotel es precioso. Lástima que por unos cuantos trabajadores se quede un mal sabor de boca

El lugar está increíble, es precioso! La atención excelente, todo el personal es muy amable. Las camas deliciosas, hay copas en la habitación para que puedas traer tu vino tinto y tomarlo en la terraza, alberca, jardines... No conocía este lugar y definitivamente volveré. No había mas huéspedes por ser Lunes y el restaurante abría solo para nosotros y nos llevaban la comida a cualquier parte del hotel. El lugar es perfecto para descansar, super recomendado.

Es un lugar increíble, paz total, relajación, la habitación limpieza total, las amenidades increíbles, la cama y almohadas son las nubes literal, la atención por parte de todo el staf es muy reconfortante, la comida muy rica y precios accesibles, la vista es verdaderamente increíble, escogí este lugar para pasar mi cumpleaños al lado de mi pareja, seguro que volveremos.
