The staff was very welcoming and nice, very attentive to our stay. The two rooms we had were clean and comfortable. The resort is very quiet and well maintained in the main areas. It was nice to stroll around the property. Breakfast was great with many options. Dinner was a little limiting for our tastseand the resort is a little scheduled, but that allows for the quiet atmosphere.

A Fantastic Hotel with Top-Notch Service
I recently stayed at this hotel and was absolutely blown away. The service was truly exceptional – the staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and offered breathtaking views.
But the real highlight? The pool area. A stunning, crystal-clear infinity pool with a relaxing atmosphere, and a great poolside bar. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the sun.
They also have a great restaurant with traditional chinese food and with barbecues in the evenings.
This hotel exceeded all expectations – I’ll definitely be coming back. Pure perfection!

A resort
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is very nice, this is comfortable and providing great service. The Wi-Fi is good. You have a team of people looking after you and making sure that your state is wonderful and meeting your needs. It's intended as a resort-style experience where you stay in the hotel but do not go out.
The only negative aspect about this hotel is the location. It is located in a rural area. It's approximately 10 kilometers away from the city. This was not well-communicated in the map on Hotel.com. We were having difficulty locating the hotel. In addition, the check-in process was confusing because there was no one to greet us, and the property is very spread out. There were no clear signage for drivers or hotel’s guests to locate main office and check in. Fortunately, I had a driver who was able to call the hotel and speak to them in Chinese, and they were able to direct me to the right locations. Otherwise, for an international traveler who does not speak Chinese, it may be difficult to locate the hotels and check-in.
But once you are checked in, your stay is very comfortable. You can get didi car to get to town. It can cost about 40 RMB per one way.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience. If you had the right expectations, I recommend staying at this hotel again.

Nous avons passé deux nuits dans cet établissement et notre avis est mitigé. Premier point : à notre arrivée, la chambre initialement réservée n’était pas disponible, donc on nous a séparés en deux chambres.
Ensuite, sur le site l’hôtel est situé en ville alors qu’il est en réalité en dehors (25 minutes de voiture) ce qui peut surprendre si on ne le sait pas. L’établissement propose heureusement une navette pour venir vous chercher, mais il faut en être conscient à l’avance pour éviter de perdre du temps, comme cela nous est arrivé.
Enfin, dernier point négatif : à notre arrivée, il n’y avait ni eau ni chauffage pendant plusieurs heures, ce qui a été assez inconfortable. Une fois ces soucis réglés, le logement était neuf, spacieux et le petit-déjeuner très correct.

Não tenho palavras pra descrever o quanto esse hotel é bonito e aconchegante. No meio das montanhas, quartos e casas incríveis. Só vi um ponto ruim que foi a quantidade de besouros no quarto, mas faz sentido, estávamos entre montanhas em meio a natureza.
