Great apartment. It is spacious, with two king size beds and a sofa bed. Everything is good. I would like to visit again in future.

Property is managed by Arbio, with no reception, but all information for check-in is sent via email, and we had no problems - their step-by-step check-in procedure was very concise. The property is in a great location for discovering Hamburg - right next to the train line, but with no noise from the trains. There is a supermarket right downstairs, and 2 more within 10 minutes walking. There are also many dining options nearby, but we utilised the excellent kitchen in the apartment. The 3 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, and were very happy with our stay. The apartment was modern, clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was the best in our 6 week holiday. We had a small communication glitch, where our email did not receive a reply, but overall we would not hesitate to recommend this property to all.

Das ist bereits unser dritter Aufenthalt. Wie immer, waren wir zufrieden. Einziges Manko - leider hat es dieses Mal wieder nicht mit dem Beistellbett für unseren Sohn geklappt. Ansonsten ist die Einrichtung tadellos und sauber.

Das Apartement war großzügig, wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer und ausreichend Platz. Check-In ist völlig kontaktfrei und hat gut funktioniert. In der Beschreibung steht etwas von Parkplätzen vor Ort. Dies stimmt nur begrenzt. Es gibt öffentliche Parkplätze aber nur bis zu 3 Std zwischen 08:00 und 18 Uhr. Wer tagsüber das Auto stehen lassen möchte muss ins Parkhaus , das ca. 900m entfernt ist (aber relativ günstig für 9 EUR pro 24 Std). Leider wurde uns beim Buchen nicht mitgeteilt, dass gegenüber eine große Baustelle ist. Das erfährt man nur im Aufzug. Die Fenster sollen schallisoliert sein, aber die Baustelle ist trotzdem zu hören. Die Innenraumlüftung ist dermaßen laut und unangenehm, dass die bereitgelegten Ohrstöpsel Sinn machen. Eine Info zur Abfallentsorgung wäre hilfreich gewesen. Die Umgebung ist nicht schön, vor dem Apartmentkomplex befindet sich eine 4-spurige Straße. Aufenthalt also o.k., aber sicher keine Empfehlung.
