Booked 2 rooms with Sea view, asked for the rooms to be on the same floor, but got one room was on the 18th floor and other room on 11th floor. Sea view .. if you look between the buildings outside you can see the sea, not as much from the room on 11th floor.
Housekeeping on the 18th floor stated off ok, but soon became an issue, towels not replaced even though old towels taken. Bins not emptied. Housekeeping on the 11th floor was horrendous, towels never replaced when old towels taken, toilet roll not replaced. The biggest issue for the room on the 11th floor was not hot water, it was reported the 2nd day we were there and the 3rd day, then the water was luke warm for a day and then back to cold reported again, but nothing done about it this time .. so overall 12 days without hot water.
Air conditioning in the rooms is very noisy so can disturb your sleep, which it did on every night.
Checking in was ok, staff friendly, checking out was a different case, staff member was rude and just carried on a conversation with another colleague in native language so no idea what was being said.
Breakfast ‘hot’ selection was always cold, staff were pleasant in the breakfast area.
Outside area of the hotel was dirty, with 2 large rubbish bins just around the corner.

When we arrived at our room, we were immediately comfortable. This was the most comfortable place for us to recover from difficult travel and an injury that required a hospital visit upon entering the country. We are so grateful for the spacious, clean room! The king size bed is the most comfortable I could imagine. The living room and kitchen exceed all of our needs. Most importantly, the staff has been exceptional, from the manager, Mahmoud to the cleaner, Rifath, who kept us supplied with clean towels and coffee. This is also the most quiet hotel room I have ever been in. ( I am a 76 year old physician and have travelled the world extensively). In fact, my husband and I are so comfortable in this hotel that we extended for 2 more nights and are now considering asking for a 5 th night here. There is no better accommodation in Abu Dhabi.
