The rooms are neat and new. The location is very convenient to Universal Studios if you are travelling. As others commented, the family who runs the hotel is extremely kind and hands on. Our daughter was sick during the stay and the owners helped me with changing bedsheets in the middle of the night and were extremely sympathetic. Highly recommend.

Everything was great however the mattress was horrible. You could feel the springs and the water kept coming out of the shower. I think the glass was put in the wrong spot . Other than that it nice

This is a motel. The suite is large, but it was implied that it would be three beds and we had two for four kids and two adults. The staff was nice and the property is clean and looks like it was recently renovated.

I give it a two, because the staff was nice. But the bathroom was dirty, the sheets and blankets were dirty as well. There was no
Microwave and the fridge didn’t work. There was music playing loud in the parking lot, no one went out to tell the guy to turn it down.
