1 we got there a little early and the place was charging $15 dollars for person even when I had a reservation paid for 3 people plus $5 of parking. When we
Went to eat food took for ever to get to my table and the stuffs were mat friendly at all, I paid extra for breakfast and they just give you a Togo box with 3 items and not that much food. Check out was at 11am and the stuff are on your ass about that if you want to stay . You will need to pay another $15 per person. So I end up paying $210 for the room $45 for the 3 of us and $5 for parking. $260 . Not even Sheraton was that expensive..

Quite disappointed not worth the money.
Pictures the hotel uses for advertising, do NOT show the full picture of the place. It was quite disappointing. Not to mention It's not worth that it charged for a room.
The pictures only show the water slides, and the new building. Description left out that, water amenities only open from 10-12:oo and 2:00-4:00pm. A pain of you have kids. Also didn't mention, the hotel sells. Days passes, which made it super Crowded, and allowed all kids of growds. No room service, not a phone in the room, shower was all messed up, the door to the room is clear glass! No privacy. You need to slide downa cheap blind in order to cover the door. The tower of the room you see in the pictures is the only nice looking one. The rest of the hotel, is a Motel look alike. Cheap cheal looking. A few smelling places around the hotel, moldy showers, beach behind hotel is public. Not what yo no me expect for the price

It was ok. Water park water was shut off very early around 3 pm. No communication. The whole point of staying at this places was the water park for the kids. No direct access to the beach. Restaurant overlooking the beach closed at 6 pm. No chance to see the sunset. The breakfast included was average and I wasn’t given any options… just eat what they provide and period.

Las habitaciones estaban bonitas. La propiedad le hace falta arreglos. La piscina esta bien. Al llegar costo un poco el proceso de check In tenian mal los datos. Y en la habitacion solo habian 2 toallas y eran 3 adultos 1 niña.
